The Sea Scouts were directed by the Portland Airport Authority that all structures had to be removed or demolished by the end of the year... Bill Linn organized a crew that managed the job.

The Nick's mast was dismantled and relocated to the

Veterans Memorial Museum

in Chehalis, Washington
